My Story

I awoke abruptly when my alarm went off, feeling as though life was an unending cycle, each day blending into the next with tasks left undone. Overwhelmed by a sense of hopelessness, my worry shifted to a frightening reality—I couldn’t see.

Stress is a constant buzzword, but its insidious impact on health is often underestimated. Those unrelenting headaches, moments of brain fog at work, or that feeling of imbalance might not just be illness—they could be stress manifesting in our bodies.

In my quest for answers, I discovered a fascinating approach to managing stress: harnessing relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to foster a heightened awareness, enabling the unconscious mind to instigate lasting change. Breathing techniques are one simple yet potent tool.

A friend once shared a picture of his blood pressure monitor reading an alarming 176/114. Realizing the urgency, I advised him to head to the hospital immediately. Unable to do so, he needed help, so I guided him through the 7-11 breathing technique. Within minutes, he was out of the danger zone, though I urged him to seek medical attention.
